The authors of Ingeneue have written several other programs that might be of interest to biologists. Some of this software is research software that was not written with other users in mind. A few of these programs, however, were written with others in mind - those are starred (*). Check back here next winter for at least two more sophisticated biology programs written for general use. Below the software is a list of links to other websites related to genetic networks.
* EcoBeaker (Eli Meir). The leading simulation software for teaching ecology, conservation biology, and evolution at the college and high school levels. See the SimBiotic Software website for more information.
* NerveWorks (Eli Meir, Ed Munro, and others). The best simulation software available for teaching cellular neurobiology at the college level, being released in summer of 2002. See the NerveWorks website for more information.
* EvoBeaker (Eli Meir and others). A new program for teaching evolutionary biology at both college and high school levels. Prototype available this summer for free use during 2002/03 school year from the SimBiotic Software website.
